Every day our large staff delivers projects to the four corners of the world. You can save more time to plan your program when you choose us over a freelancer. Even if you can find a freelancer who is expert in a specific field, most likely he or she will say, “I am busy right now,” when you need their help. Kalite Tercume is always available to serve its customers.
Think about the benefits of working with an army of translators. When you work with us, a translator, an editor, a quality controller and a project manager who manages this team will be involved in the translation process.
While comparing our price quotes with those of other translation offices, you should also consider the level and quality of service you will get. You should also consider these things:
- Do you need editing and proofreading for the translations you get from the translation office or freelancer you are currently using?
- Does the translation office or freelancer you work meet your business’s expectations exactly?
- Have they developed a good working relationship with you?
- Do they really understand the importance of language?
Kalite Tercume offers the highest quality service with the best prices on the market.
These are the factors that affect prices:
- The size of the project
- The complexity of the subject
- Language pair
- Page formatting of the source file
Price quotes for translation projects are determined on a variety of scales on the market. For example, a fixed price may be by page or by the hour. However, these scales are not a standard of the industry and are inadvisable for several reasons. First of all, every source document is different and the number of the words per page can vary. Pages in different sizes are used in many countries. Pricing per hour is also not a convenient way because each translator has a different translation speed and experience. The most suitable scale for transparency, fairness and budget allocation are the number of words.
The language pair of the translation also determines pricing. European languages are relatively low-priced. Asian languages are more expensive because of the complexity of the letter characters and the scarcity of translators in this field.
Our normal prices are for translation and proofreading services. We also provide proofreading for translations done by another translation office or freelancer. The price of proofreading is half the price of our normal translation fee.
Price quotes for desktop publishing are determined differently on the basis of the number of pages in the target file.
Invoicing and Payment
Kalite Tercume asks for half of the translation price in advance and the other half price upon delivery of the project. For our regular customers who render payments in a basis, we ask for payment within a month after the delivery of the translation.
We accept the payments by bank transfer from our domestic clients and by bank transfer, Western Union and Paypal from our foreign customers.
