Quotations and Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>All quotations are free and non-binding until confirmed by both parties in writing (via email or online confirmation).<br \/>\nAn order is deemed accepted when the client receives written confirmation from Kalite Legal.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>5. Pricing and Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Prices are determined by language pair, field of law, document complexity, delivery time, and certification requirements.<br \/>\nUnless otherwise agreed, payment is required prior to delivery for individual clients, and within agreed terms for corporate clients.<br \/>\nInvoices are issued in accordance with Turkish tax regulations.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>6. Delivery and Deadlines<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Deadlines are confirmed at the time of order. While Kalite Legal strives to meet all agreed delivery times, delays due to force majeure, technical issues, or late file delivery by the client are not our responsibility.<br \/>\nDeliveries are made electronically unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>7. Liability and Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kalite Legal shall perform all services with due professional care and according to industry standards.<br \/>\nOur liability for any claim arising out of the services shall not exceed the total amount invoiced for the relevant project.<br \/>\nWe are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit or data.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>10. Modifications and Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If the client modifies the project after confirmation, the delivery date and pricing may be revised.<br \/>\nIf a confirmed project is canceled, the client will be billed for completed work and any costs incurred up to that point.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>11.
