          EXW is frequently mistranslated as \u201cfactory delivery\u201d or \u201cseller delivers at the factory.\u201d<\/p>\n

          \nThe seller\u2019s obligations are minimal. Once the goods are made available, risk transfers to the buyer at a very early stage<\/strong>.
          \nLoading, inland transport, and export customs clearance are generally the buyer\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

              While partially accurate, this description is incomplete and potentially misleading<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

              Under DDP, the seller must also assume responsibility for:<\/p>\n
