Our clients in Turkey can contact us during our office hours of 8:15 a.m. and 6:15 p.m. Turkish time. Our project managers work on a shift system to respond to the questions and needs of the clients, and our day shift project managers work between 8:15 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Turkish time, while our night shift project managers work between 4:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. (the next day). Our teams respond to client e-mails and phone calls within 30 minutes at the latest. To prevent delay of the process, we directly and effectively respond to the requests of our clients.
