1. Will you revise finished translations if we request?
You can notify us about issues and complaints related to translations within a week of their delivery. We can make the required revisions if we reach the conclusion that the translation does not meet your quality standards and it is not of the quality we have committed before. However, additional costs may be incurred if the problem has not resulted from our institution.
2. Is it possible for me to make some changes in the text?
We can handle change requests at every stage of the translation process. Small changes do not require a fee, but full-scale changes require additional costs.
